Helping secondary students find genuine direction — grounded in psychology, built for Australian classrooms.
Find My Journey is designed to complement your existing careers program — not replace it. It gives students a structured, psychologically grounded starting point for career conversations that your pathways advisors can build on.
Unlike traditional aptitude-based tools, Find My Journey asks who a student is, not what they can do on a timed test. This makes it particularly effective for students who don’t perform well under pressure — including neurodiverse students, school refusers, and those with anxiety.
Find My Journey is grounded in established career development theory, including Holland’s RIASEC model, Super’s life-span theory and Savickas’s career construction approach. The assessment uses ipsative measurement (forced-choice pairs) to reduce social desirability bias — students answer what feels true, not what sounds impressive.
The tool differentiates itself through its AI personalisation layer — every result is written specifically for the student, referencing what they actually told us — and through its explicit design for neurodiverse and disengaged young people.
We are currently offering pilot access to a small number of Australian secondary schools. Pilot schools receive pilot access for their student cohort, a debrief with our team, and the opportunity to shape the product roadmap.
