How it fits into your
caseload

Find My Journey works inside your existing appointment structure — not as a replacement for your practice, but as a structured first step that arrives before the conversation starts.

1
Participant completes the assessment
A 20-minute structured discovery — forced-choice questions designed to surface genuine interests, not just stated preferences. No right or wrong answers, no pressure.
2
AI-personalised results are generated
Career matches with narrative explanations, realistic salary ranges, and pathway options — in plain language a job seeker will actually read and engage with.
3
SEP flag activates where relevant
If the assessment detects patterns consistent with a need for more supported pathways, the results are automatically filtered and a flag appears in your advisor portal — no diagnosis required, no disclosure from the participant.
4
Your appointment starts at depth
The participant arrives with a profile, a set of career matches and the language to talk about what they want. You start from something real — not from zero.

The opening 20 minutes of an appointment spent trying to work out what someone actually wants to do — usually yielding "I don't know" or a short list of obvious answers the participant thought you wanted to hear.

Find My Journey surfaces career direction through structured choice rather than open questions. Participants who struggle to articulate preferences in a conversation often find the forced-choice format significantly easier.

Your professional judgment. Find My Journey is not a vocational assessment tool and does not produce a formal work capacity assessment or job matching recommendation. It is a structured conversation starter — the human expertise comes from you.

It is best used alongside your existing intake process, not instead of it.

The Sensitive Explorer Protocol

A pastoral safety net.
Built in, not bolted on.

When the assessment detects signals that a participant may benefit from more supported employment pathways, the SEP activates automatically — filtering results and flagging the participant to your team.

No disclosure neededDerived entirely from assessment responses — not a clinical judgment, not a diagnosed condition.
Results filtered automaticallyRoles with high sensory load, unpredictable environments or banter-heavy cultures are excluded. Structured, repetitive, stable roles with patient supervision are prioritised.
Visible to your advisors, not the participantThe flag appears in the advisor portal only — prompting a human check-in without labelling or alarming the job seeker.
Not a diagnosisIt exists for one reason — to prompt a human check-in when it might help. Professional oversight is always yours.
