Find My Journey for TAFE & RTOs

One of the most common reasons students withdraw from TAFE courses is poor initial fit — they enrolled in something that sounded right but didn’t align with who they actually are. Find My Journey addresses this at the point of inquiry, helping prospective students make better-informed enrolment decisions.

Find My Journey can be used as a pre-enrolment guidance tool, a first-session activity for student services, or an embedded component of your foundation skills or transition programs.

How TAFE providers use Find My Journey

🔍
Pre-enrolment course matching
Embed Find My Journey in your course inquiry journey. Students who understand why a course suits them are more likely to complete it.
📚
Foundation and transition programs
Use Find My Journey as a structured activity in foundation skills, pre-vocational or transition-to-work programs. The assessment takes 15–20 minutes and generates a starting point for goal-setting conversations.
🤝
Student services and welfare
For students who are disengaged or uncertain about their pathway, Find My Journey provides a non-judgmental starting point. The Sensitive Explorer Protocol is designed for students with anxiety, learning differences or limited work experience.

Results include TAFE pathways

Find My Journey results explicitly reference TAFE and VET pathways alongside university options. The tool treats certificates and diplomas as equally valid career entry points. Apprenticeships, traineeships and direct-entry routes are included in career pathway guidance.

Referral integration

Find My Journey results can direct students to specific TAFE courses and contact points. We are developing referral integrations that allow students to move seamlessly from their Find My Journey results to course inquiry at your institution.
